Interview with Raquelle Williams Founder | LLF Coaching
Oct 09, 2026#1 Tell us about your business
LLF Coaching Services is a relationship and dating coaching practice for professional women
who are ready to approach love with more clarity, confidence, and intention. I help women
clarify what they want, recognize patterns that keep them stuck, strengthen their boundaries and
standards, and date from self-trust rather than fear or pressure.
A big part of my work is helping women understand that emotional safety matters just as much
as chemistry. I want women to feel empowered to make relationship decisions that are aligned
with who they are—not who they think they need to become to be chosen.
#2 What was the hardest BS you had to overcome to get real momentum in
your online biz?
Probably the belief that I had to have everything figured out before I could really put myself out
there. I’ve spent much of my career as the person who solves problems, so being visible while I
was still figuring things out felt uncomfortable.
I’ve also had to get comfortable with the fact that building a business isn’t always a straight line.
Sometimes you’re creating, sometimes you’re refining, sometimes you’re questioning
everything, and sometimes you need to step away for a minute. I’ve learned that movement
doesn’t always look like constant activity
#3 Was there a moment where you almost gave up?
Absolutely. There have been moments when I’ve wondered whether I was trying to build
something that people were ready for. Coaching can feel very personal because you’re putting
your perspective, experience, and ideas out into the world, and sometimes it feels like you’re
talking into an echo chamber.
What kept pulling me forward was knowing the conversations I wanted to have wouldn’t go
away. I kept coming back to the same questions around emotional safety, dating patterns,
boundaries, and what women really need to feel secure in relationships. Eventually I realized that
if I kept thinking about it, there was probably a reason.
#4 How do you stay focused when things get noisy, messy, or uncertain?
I’ve become much better at giving myself permission to slow down and ask, “What actually
needs my attention right now?”
I used to think productivity meant constantly doing something. Now I’m learning that sometimes
the most productive thing I can do is finish one thing, step away from the internet, or let an idea
sit for a day instead of immediately turning it into a project.
I try to focus on what is directly in front of me rather than trying to solve my entire business at
once.
#5 Most game-changing lesson
I’ve learned that clarity is more valuable than trying to appeal to everyone.
The clearer I’ve become about who I want to serve and the conversations I want to have, the
easier it has become to make decisions about my business. I don’t need every woman to connect
with my message. I need the right woman to hear it and think, “That’s exactly what I’ve been
trying to figure out.”
#6 Real-talk advice
“Stop abandoning yourself just because you want to be loved.”
That applies to dating, relationships, and honestly, entrepreneurship too. We can become so
focused on being chosen, approved of, successful, or validated that we stop asking whether
something is actually right for us.
I think real empowerment comes from learning to trust yourself enough to make decisions that
honor you—even when you don't know exactly what comes next.
#7 What are you most proud of?
I’m incredibly proud to have written my book, The Emotionally Safe Woman. It started as an idea
I had been carrying around, and turning those thoughts into an actual book was a completely
different experience.
But I’m also proud of what the book represents. It allowed me to put language around something
I kept seeing in conversations with women: the difference between simply wanting a relationship
and understanding what it takes to create an emotionally safe one.
Seeing that idea become a real resource—and now part of my coaching work—has been
incredibly meaningful to me.
#8 Book recommendation
I’m going to recommend my own book, The Emotionally Safe Woman. I wrote it because I
wanted to explore what I felt was missing from a lot of dating conversations: we talk constantly
about finding the right person, but not enough about emotional safety, patterns, boundaries, and
how we show up in our own relationships.
It’s about learning to recognize what feels healthy, what doesn’t, and how to stop confusing
chemistry with compatibility.
#9 Do you have any daily habits, rituals, or routines that help you stay
grounded + effective?
I like having quiet time to think before I fill my day with other people’s ideas and priorities. I
also write things down constantly—ideas, questions, things I want to revisit—because getting
something out of my head helps me see what needs attention.
And I’ve learned that stepping away is part of my productivity. Sometimes I need to close the
laptop and live my actual life, like going for walks or laughing with friends and family.
#10 Social media
Social media has helped me start conversations around topics that women are already thinking
about but may not always feel comfortable saying out loud.
I use it less as a place to constantly promote coaching and more to share perspectives, challenge
some of the dating advice women hear online, and create those moments where someone thinks,
“Wait…I've never looked at it that way.”
For me, the goal isn't to be everywhere. It's to be intentional about what I'm putting into the conversation.
#11 The social media mistake that drives you nuts
Entrepreneurs try so hard to sell that they forget there is a human being on the other side of the
screen.
Everything becomes a hook, a funnel, a pain point, a CTA, or some variation of “You’re doing
this wrong, and I have the five-step solution.”
And listen, I understand that businesses need to sell. I’m a business owner. But if every
interaction is designed to manipulate someone into taking the next step, people can feel it.
I’d much rather create something that makes someone stop, think, learn something, or start a
genuine conversation. If what I offer is right for them, we can have that conversation without me
chasing them around the internet with a digital megaphone.
#12 What business tool, platform, or system could you not live without—and why?
Probably Canva. It lets me take an idea that’s still floating around in my head and turn it into
something tangible relatively quickly. Whether it’s a workbook, presentation, social graphic,
PDF, or client resource, I can build it myself without outsourcing every visual piece of my
business.
It’s become one of those tools where I’ll think, “I wonder if I can make this,” and then five
minutes later I’m figuring it out.
#13 One truth every entrepreneur should know
You don't have to get louder to get more successful.
Online, there's so much pressure to constantly promote yourself, build a personal brand, go viral,
post every day, and make yourself impossible to ignore.
But there is something to be said for building trust slowly. Your business can grow because
people consistently find value in what you say—not because you managed to make the algorithm
notice you for 15 minutes.
#14 What's next?
I’m continuing to expand LLF around emotionally safe, intentional dating. That includes
coaching programs, private work, resources, and ongoing conversations about what women
navigate in relationships.
I’m especially interested in moving beyond the usual “dating advice” conversation and helping
women understand themselves—their patterns, standards, boundaries, emotional needs, and
relationship vision.
More is coming, but I’m letting the business evolve rather than forcing everything to happen at
once.
#15 What has real success taught you?
Real success has taught me that I don't necessarily want what the internet tells me I should want.
When I started building my businesses, I thought success meant hitting certain numbers, staying
constantly visible, or looking like I had everything figured out. The more I build, the more I
realize success for me is owning my work, creating something meaningful, helping people, and
having the freedom to decide what I want my life and business to look like.
I’ve also learned that I don't need to chase every opportunity. Sometimes success is having
enough clarity to say, “That’s not for me,” and keep going.

#16 Drop some fun facts—we want to know the real you beyond the brand!
I have worked in clinical research and healthcare data migration for years, and
somehow I also ended up building a dating coaching business. The plot twist still makes
me laugh.
I’m a lifelong learner and will absolutely go down a research rabbit hole over one
random question.
I’m a big believer in letting an idea breathe before deciding what it needs to become.
