and ultimately, their lives.
What inspired you to get started as an entrepreneur?
What inspired me to create Epiphany Financial Therapy was the pressing need to address the intersection of money and emotion, particularly for high-achieving women.
Money is more than an exchange tool—it’s deeply tied to our sense of identity, security, and self-worth. Yet, it remains one of the most challenging topics to navigate, often layered with stress and silence.
Studies confirm this, showing that money is the leading stressor in people’s lives, and even women earning over $250,000 annually often feel out of control with their finances. This paradox of success without financial peace
inspired me to step in and change the narrative. Epiphany Financial Therapy was born to bridge a critical gap I noticed in both the financial and mental health industries. Financial advisors tend to focus solely on the numbers,
while traditional therapists often lack the expertise to address the complexities of finance. Women needed a safe, supportive, and expert space where they could explore not just their financial plans but their emotional
and behavioral relationship with money. I created this space to empower women to rewrite their money stories, explore their deepest financial worries, and confidently align their wealth with their values.
What drives me is seeing the transformative power of combining the practical with the deeply personal. By addressing the beliefs, emotions, and past experiences that shape financial behaviors, women can expand their capacity
to receive abundance and enjoy it without shame, guilt, or anxiety. My mission is not only to help women achieve financial success but to guide them toward a calm, confident, and fulfilling relationship with the success
and wealth they've earned—one that brings them lasting peace, prosperity, and personal power. This work isn’t just about improving finances; it’s about helping women reclaim control, confidence, and joy in their lives.
That’s what inspires me every day.
Why do you think it’s important for holiday shoppers to buy from Small Businesses this year?
Shopping small this holiday season holds a deeply personal significance for me. Since leaving corporate America to start my own business, I’ve come to truly understand just how challenging it is to thrive as a small business owner in today’s economy.
Every sale is a victory, every customer is cherished, and every bit of support matters more than words can express. Small businesses aren’t just businesses—they’re dreams built with grit, heart, and an unrelenting drive to create something meaningful.
When you choose to shop small, you’re doing so much more than making a purchase. You’re supporting someone’s vision, fueling their ability to provide for their family, and standing behind the immense effort it takes to keep going in a society
where big corporations often dominate. I’ve made it my personal mission to support local and small businesses whenever I can because I know firsthand the impact it makes—not just for the owner, but for the entire community. Small businesses offer something
no big box store ever can: authenticity, heart, and a connection that’s as unique as the products or services they provide. When you give a gift from a small business, you’re not just handing over a beautifully crafted item or thoughtfully curated service—you’re sharing
a story, supporting a dream, and showing that you value the human effort behind it all. This holiday season, let’s make a collective effort to champion the small businesses that give so much to our communities. By choosing to shop small, we’re not just helping
these businesses survive—we’re empowering them to thrive, bringing heart and humanity back into the act of giving.

What’s the message you want to get out to people this Holiday Season?
Stop waiting for January 1st to start chasing your financial goals! The truth is, you’ll never feel 100% ready. The perfect moment doesn’t exist. Start now. Start when it feels too soon or even too late. Start when it feels inconvenient, messy, or overwhelming.
Progress doesn’t wait for readiness—it begins the moment you decide to take action. Whether it’s tackling debt, building wealth, or breaking free from money stress, waiting for the “right time” only keeps you stuck. The best time to begin is always right now.
Start when you think you can’t. Start when it feels impossible. Because every step forward, no matter how small, brings you closer to your goals. Your future self will thank you for starting today—just as you are, exactly where you are. Don’t wait for January 1st.
The life you want begins the moment you choose to take that first step. Start now.
