I'm a certified hypnotist, life coach, and mindfulness practitioner who guides women back to their authentic selves through the power of hypnosis. Through my signature AWAKEN program, I help women who've lost themselves in building the 'perfect' life rediscover who they're truly meant to be.
What do you sell?
I offer transformative hypnosis programs for women who are ready to rediscover themselves. My signature AWAKEN program is a six-week journey that helps you move from feeling lost in a life that looks perfect on paper to creating one that actually feels true to who you are.
Through both group and private hypnosis sessions, I guide women to:
Reconnect with their authentic self
Trust their inner wisdom
Step confidently into their next chapter

What inspired you to get started as an entrepreneur?
My journey to becoming an entrepreneur began in my darkest moment - lying in a hospital bed, having lost all sense of purpose. That experience led me to discover the transformative power of hypnosis, which didn't just help me find my way back to myself, it revealed my true calling.
Through my own transformation, I discovered that the deep-feeling nature I'd always thought was 'too much' was actually my greatest gift. It became clear that my purpose was to guide other women through their own journey of rediscovery.
Now, I help women who are staring in the mirror wondering who they've become, who know they're meant for more but feel stuck in the life they've built. Women who, like I once did, need to remember who they are beneath all the roles they play.
The AWAKEN program was born from this journey - creating a space where sensitive souls can transform their relationship with themselves and step into who they're truly meant to be.
